When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, project details you provide, together with the time of submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, and discuss a potential engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in the site’s database, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The form does not publish your information. CloudPortage can access submissions to manage inquiries. Notifications are also delivered to our Gmail inbox, hosted by Google.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and site performance. It does not use cookies or track visitors across websites.

What to share

A general project overview is enough. Please do not include passwords, credentials, or confidential customer information. We can discuss an appropriate way to share technical details during a conversation.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the contact form to ask about your inquiry or request that it be deleted. Include the email address you used so we can identify the relevant submission.
